Tattoos & Body Piercing

All facilities that in body art shall engage in body art shall be approved by the Environmental Health Department and be permitted on an annual basis. All permits issued shall be posted at the facility in a noticeable place. All body art operators must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
 
No tattoo shall be applied to any person under eighteen (18) years of age regardless of parental consent.
 
No person under the age of eighteen (18) years of age may recieve body piercing unless their parent or guardian accompanies them. The parent of the guardian shall have valid picture identification. Nipple and gential piercing is prohibited on minors regardless of parental consent.
